Why did we decide to start a mentorship program?

Since the start of the year, we’ve had numerous conversations with RecOps professionals. A consistent theme, especially from early career RecOps folks, was a lack of guidance and mentorship. If they did receive any guidance or mentorship, it was from those unfamiliar with the RecOps space or could not find those in the space who could share their experiences. We knew this needed to change.

How do I join?

Complete this application.

You can apply to be a mentor or a mentee and we will do our best to match people accordingly based on availability.

Is there a cost associated?

Not a monetary cost. We know that the RecOps community has been hit particularly hard at this time.

The payment will be in time and constructive feedback on the program.

This is also our first go of it.
